Methods

Once you have decided to order at CărțiLandia, you have the delivery methods specific to your needs at your disposal: By express courier - from Monday to Friday.

Express Delivery

This service is intended for orders paid online or cash on delivery, which only contain products that are in the store's stock (product availability "Sufficient stock" and "Limited stock").

The operating mechanism is as follows:

orders are prepared for shipment in the order of their receipt, priority. Shipping is made as soon as possible. When handed over to the courier, you will be notified by SMS or email.
Transportation is provided in the country by Fan Courier or Same Day Courier.

The package will be automatically assigned to one of the two courier companies.

Standard Delivery

Delivery is made the next day, after all the ordered products have entered our stock and have been reserved in your order.

Transportation is provided in the country by Fan Courier or Same Day Courier.

The package will be automatically assigned to one of the two courier companies.

Any mention of any problems regarding the integrity/content of packages is made at the time of delivery, on the AWB or a report is drawn up, the receipt and payment of the package is refused. Any subsequent complaints regarding these aspects are null and void.

The cost of delivery of orders that do not fall under the "Free Shipping" promotion is 20 RON.

For the safety of some products, the delivery may be made in different packaging, in addition to the original one.

EasyBox Delivery

The delivery is made to a customer selected EasyBox Locker. The customer is responsible for picking up the package from the Locker. In busy periods, if the selected Locker is too busy, the delivery company may load the package into another Locker, in close proximity of the customer selected one.

Delivery is made the next day, after all the ordered products have entered our stock and have been reserved in your order.

Transportation is provided in the country by Same Day Courier.

Delivery cost

Delivery is free for orders of at least 250.00 RON (or orders at least 120.00 RON for EasyBox delivery) that fall within the courier's coverage area without additional kilometers.

The rest of the orders have a fixed cost of 20 RON (14 RON for EasyBox delivery) for delivery. For the cash on delivery payment method, an extra financial cost of 4.99 RON is charged.

Delivery times

Products "In Stock":

 Orders placed on the site by 13:00 from Monday to Friday will be shipped the same day.

Orders placed after 13:00 or on weekends (Saturday-Sunday) will be shipped the next business day.

The delivery time is 24-72 hours from dispatch.

Products on "Preorder":

Products marked with the badge "Preorder" don't exist yet in our own warehouse, they will be ordered from the suppliers. As soon as we receive the products, they will be expedited to you.

The delivery time for preorder products is 14-21 days, depending on the supplier.

CărțiLandia does its best to deliver the ordered products within the deadlines mentioned on the site, but during certain periods of the year (Black Friday campaign, public holidays, days declared free by law, adverse weather conditions) these deadlines may be delayed but not more than 30 days according to the legislation in force.
