How to order online

On cartilandia.ro you have the opportunity to purchase the desired products and services very simply and quickly.

STEP 1

Search for the desired products among our categories and add them to your cart.

STEP 2

After adding the products to the shopping cart, you can proceed to complete the purchase or you have the option to continue the shopping session and add new products to the cart.

Press the “CHECK OUT” button to proceed to complete the order or the “VIEW CART” button to view the shopping cart in detail. To return to choosing more products, close the “SHOPPING CART” window by pressing the “X” button or clicking outside it.

STEP 3

By choosing the option to complete the shopping session “VIEW CART”, the next step is represented by a summary of the shopping cart. Here you will see all the products selected for purchase, the subtotal value, delivery fees (if any) and the final price of the entire order. In this step you have the possibility to change the quantities for the selected products and add a discount coupon received as a result of the campaigns carried out by us.

If everything is in order, press the “CHECK OUT” button.

If the “CHECK OUT” option is chosen instead of "VIEW CART", this step (STEP 3) is skipped, going directly to STEP 4. However, you can also return to this step from STEP 4.

STEP 4

To complete the order, your billing and delivery data will be required. You can register the order using your customer account or you can continue without registering. If you do not have an account with us, we recommend registering a new account to place orders more easily and view their history.

From this step, you can return to the shopping cart using the “Shopping Cart” button in the upper right corner.

STEP 5

Fill in the billing and delivery details and payment method. You can pay cash on delivery or online with a bank card.

After filling in the details and selecting the payment method, you can complete the order by selecting “Pay now” or “COMPLETE ORDER” depending on the payment method chosen.

Here you can also see the order summary and your agreement to the Terms and Conditions of use of the cartilandia.ro website and the processing of personal data.

If everything is in order, click the “Pay now” or “COMPLETE ORDER” button to complete and send the order.

 

STEP 6

This step is available only for EasyBox delivery.

If you selected EasyBox delivery, after you paid for your order or after clicking the "COMPLETE ORDER" button, you will be shown a new page where you have to select your preferred EasyBox locker. This is where we'll send your package and where you'll pickup your ordered goods. This is necessary for the delivery process to be as smooth as possible.

STEP 7

Congratulations! At this point, your order has been placed. You will receive an order number and a registration notification to your email address, registered in the order. Registering the order does not represent its confirmation. After taking over the order, it will be processed by our operators in order to confirm and establish delivery details.
